Reflash or replace MPEM??

Hello All!
Need someone's opinion on whether I need to reflash or replace my ECM. I made the mistake of boosting my Seadoo LRV with a charger to get it started. Ever since then it goes haywire, Cranks over continuously without the key even being in place and has loss of power. Seems like the fuel filter is clogged, But it was just replaced. The LCD monitor and ignition stay on without the key being in place.
Almost certain I need the Mpem, Heres the part # for it, If you can help me, Please leave message or call me direct.

I found a couple mpems for your boat. The high end, brand new runs about $837. There is one I found at this link http://www.angelfire.com/oh/theboatguy/mpemref.html Which you may want to look into. I used your part number to find it, which is the same mpem for the 1999 GTX limited. Check out the site above, I believe he deals in used mpems and may get you a good quote, but you have to email him. Go to the page and see check it out. The part numbers are listed in order.

Oh, I dont' think you can reprogram, I'm pretty sure it'll have to be replaced.

Cant send it to all things Custom ?

Can Mike at all thimgs custom fix that one ?...for 100 bucks if he can it sure would be worth it..just my 2 cents
