Just curious if anyone out there has done any re-finish work the thier older seadoos. I have been thinking oh stripping all the orginal stickers and doing something new but what I'm really curious about is if anyone has done anything to the hatch/hood covers and the back hand hold, steer cover, etc. I've tried the heatgun trick and got decent results but I was thinking more of a total color change, anyone had luck with painting these parts, etc and or the prep work involded and paint type, or any other ideas that you guys may have.

Thanks for the ideas in advance, Justin

Well not looking to repaint the whole thing, just the plastic parts or the material that the hatch, etc is made of. I have the spray guns to use but I'm almost curious is something like Fusion spray paint or like automotive trim paint would would and how to prep the surface. Wish I had a test piece to use.
