Ran Great and now Rough

Just took the Seadoo out for the second run of the season.
On the first run everything acted normal, top speed was normal and everything ran great.

Today was a different story...

Went out idled for a good 5 minutes let the engine at least get warm. Then i punch it, i get up to speed and about a minute or 90 seconds later I feel like i lost the supercharger it goes from 60 to 30, i immediately turn towards shore and get it on the lift. I lift the seadoo out of the water and nothing is in the grate or blocking the water. i then fire it up again and try to idle out but it again starts running rough. It shakes and feels like it is misfiring.

I am totally sick about this as I replaced the supercharger last year and that wasn't cheap.

any idea of what could be going on?

Unfortunately, on the newer engine, it's hard to diagnose over the Internet, but if the supercharger is slipping... it would still idle, and start to run up... it just wouldn't have any power up top.

I would start with checking to see if the oil is clean, and check for damage on the spark plugs. The season for checking the oil is to see if you lost a head gasket.

If that checks out... I would see if you can pull any codes. It could be a bad fuel pump, or injector.
