Hello, everyone i got my ski back on the water and i'm so happy after rebuilding the pump, the carb, replacing all the fuel lines and also adding an in-line filter on my 1994 SPI:thumbsup: now when i had it out at the lake i noticed more and more that my rear grab handle is all moldy what would be best to remove the mold or should i look into replacing it? also where can i get replacement foot pads? thanks :coolgleam:

As long as the mold isn't too severe and there's no wear at the bolt seating, i'd just sand it down till it's nice and clean. You could even get some "plastic specific" paint and make it look brand new for a few bucks and a couple of minutes!

it is severe id say but ill try taking it off, sanding it and then painting it hopefully it will work thanks:cool:

if you are talking about the plastic handle, try 50/50 bleach/water. IOSSO (I think i got that right) makes a product that does a pretty good job removing mildew stains. it took teh mildew stains off my white mirrors.
