PWC Ownership no bill of sale

Has anyone transferred an ownership for a seadoo without having a bill of sale? I bought a hull that had been parted out but I used the hull to make another running ski. I have no information on previous owner. Any help would be great.

As far as I know, PWCs' really dont have ownerships as the bill of sale would be it. If you are referring to transferring the licence registration (numbers at front of the hull sides), then Transport Canada website may help.

For my other seadoo I have a paper that I transferred the HIN number into my name. This was done on transport Canada website but you need the last owners information. I don’t have that so I was hoping to get a notorized letter to do so. Anyone done something like this before?
