Okay so I was riding my GTX one day and in the middle of a 360 it just stopped and then wouldnt tdo anything when i'd push the start button. When I got to the dock and push the start button again I would get one beep after pushing it.
The manual says it means its having an electrical problem, so i charged the battery fully, checked and cleaned the solenoid, checked and cleaned both ignition coils, and checked all the fuses and it was still doing it. So at the same time of doing this I was going to grease the drive shaft. It turned backwards fine but I heard what seemed to be sand in it as I turned it. I pressed the start button again to see if I got any better response and the drive shaft went right back to the position it was in before I turned it backwards and stopped. Is my engine completely locked up or do I have something in there or what?

Thanks guys,
Brandon

you might have sucked something up. check your intake grate. or disconnect the driveshaft from the PTO, and try to turn over by hand.

Okay thanks. Before i detach the PTO and all, could this still be the problem even if I cant see anything when I look at the impeller from the back or from the front when looking from underneath the ski? Thanks

pul lthe grey shield, from back of motor. Turn the grey wheel (pto), with the spark plugs out. It should turn effortlessly.
