Hey all, new to this site, looks to be a good one. I need a pump pressure tester for the rear cone, heard about pretty inexpencive ones home-made and was wanting some input. Thanx in advance. MH

Maybe I'm calling it something diff... (Newbie)... put the rear cone on after changing the oil and it says to pressure test at 10 lbs for 15 minutes to ensure that the big o ring is not in incorrectly and will fail. Thanx... MH

OK... sorry. I thought you where looking for something to test how much pressure your pump would produce.

Yes... you can make one with a hose, gauge, and a few fittings.

In the "how to" section... Seadoosnip has a rebuild thread. I think he has a home grown pump seal tester.
