Oh Boy Oh Boy!!!!! :hurray:
Just want to express my excitement and kuddos to the forum and seadoo for helping me with the new boat to me
I took the boat out today despite the windy conditions and after a 20 min run to the damn to block the winds, we put the boat to its first real action this season..We boarded from 6pm to 9pm with out a single flaw...
I am so impressed with the amount of power the Merc 2 puts out, I mean hands down I feel as if this boat pulls a wakeboarder better then our family (parents boat) Yamaha 212x Wake edtion... Granted the wake needs a little more help (adding a 300lb fat sac to ski locker to help with that).. The power to pull and get to plain (23mph) was instantly there and so easy to hold the speed. We would actually gain 1 -3 mph while rider went airborne and then back to 20-21 with boarder in the water.. Im still shocked about the eaze the boat had plainning with (180-200lb rider at 55-60 ft behind)....
I cant wait to get the tower on and sac in there!!!! I wont be selling this boat!!!
Summer is going to be so sweet, Glad I built and sold the 96 sportster to get this 00 speedster!!
Thanks Seadoo forum!!
I did notice on the way back to the dock at full speed bouncing around my oil light would flash every once in a while never stayed on for more a split second.
Any thing to look for?
