Rebuild both carbs on my skis. One isn't getting fuel and the other is getting to much. Is a popoff pressure/ test something worth doing if I have no experience in tuning carbs? Or would you suggest a shop do it and tune at the same time?

As long as they are familiar with these carbs sure. But get some customer opionions/feedback from the shop. I paid a shop just under 5 bills to rebuild my carbs. I had all kinds of hard starting/flooding issues after they were rebuilt. I re-rebuilt them myself, was out last week and are working great. There are lots of resources on this site to help, if you can follow instructions and are patient and have the right tools ... Giver save yourself the dough and do em' yourself.

You need a REAL PWC shop to do the work. Most of the moron's who work at a dealer don't know what they are doing either.

You are better off to do it yourself, and ask use questions to do the test properly.
