Dunno 'bout that particular product but there is another one...bow...sumthin. It looks like a stout white fishin pole. Slips into a lil rod holder. They work really well. Wish there was a portable version that was expandable and would mount over a mooring clete.

For $300 + $90 for the easy locking unit, I wouldn't buy it, no way.
I bet some one here could make one for less than $75.

I got a friend who uses a single small one for his ski. Works well on his home dock...very busy water off the main channel.
