I assume you mean the large crack correct? I'd really try to replace. Even if it were fixable, you could never be certain that its sealed perfectly and if it's running just a bit lean, wearing your engine prematurely

Ok thanks. I think I've asked before but what is a good website to order one. I've looked on eBay but all I find are duel carbs but of course I need a single carb.

Well I'm gonna try some JB weld. Talked to some mechanics at work in addition the sea Doo store in my area and said it could work. Who knows. I know its gonna be a gamble but it keeps $500 in my pocket

500?! You weren't able to find a used one anywhere? Did you try PMing minnetonka? I know he parts out quite a few skis. I'm super cheap and always looking to fix stuff cheaply but I really wouldnt risk it.

:agree: with Jeff. Save $500 now but maybe spend $1000 later for new motor if this one runs lean.
Either minnetonk4me or 99spxxx will have your carb, or even ski-d00 might have one.

I did find one on eBay but it looks like it needs a lot of work to it. Here's some pic

Try PM'ing minnetonka4me he's very reasonable, probably less than EBay, and he'll even rebuild it for you.

I would call Mitchel at M&M Marine in Isleton Ca 916-777-5720. He has all kinds of used parts in stock, specializing in PWC. I know he'd be a whole lot less then a stealer, I mean dealer.

Only way I can think is the person who owned it before me didn't put the support plate back on. He also had the plate that sits in top of the carb backwards.
