Perfect combination and still not running?

I have a 1993 SPI (Yellow Motor), that has Good Spark, and is getting Fuel, to the plugs with excelent compression that I can not get Running??? We recently took it out to the lake and it fired right up, we rode for 2 hours with no other problems. left the lake and went to another with about 1 to 1.5 hours in between. and the thing will just crank until the battery goes dead. The plugs will be soaked with fuel, and there is good spark for the life if me i cant figure this one out. I have checked all of the fuses and they are good, replaced the plugs, checked the killswitch, teather and the start switch and they are getting power. i am furstrared and lost any advice will be helpful Thanks. What is your "excellent" compression?

Have converted to Pre-mix?

Unfortunately, I havent done a true compression test, a "redneck" test was accidentally done and it blew the hat off of my brothers head without the spark plugs in. http://www.seadooforum.com/images/icons/icon10.gif I went through the electrical system, bypassing the kill switch as as well as the tether switch and still nothing i am super frustrated, as well as confused? The machine is still oil injection, NO premix

Checked the compression today and it was at 125. in both cylinders, The ski actually started yesterday, but this morning we were unsuccessful again, doing the same thing All the Help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like you're flooding! Could mean a needle valve may be stuck open! If you have a pop off tester I'd check that!

If i pull off the carb and put a rebuild kit in it making sure everything is new how hard is it going to tune after?
