Passenger motor won’t start or turn over

I have a 2006 Seadoo speedster 200 with the super charged 4-tec engines. I took the boat over the last weekend and it ran fine. I got it home and tried to start the motors on Friday. The driver side started like normal, but passenger side did absolutely nothing. I checked all of the fuses and they rang out as normal. I even jumpered both sides of the solenoid and the starter turned. I’m not sure if the solenoid is bad or if it’s not getting the control voltage to activate the coil in the solenoid. Anyone have any ideas? The shop can’t look at it until mid July?

thanks

I tested for the 12v control voltage to the solenoid and there was no voltage when pushing the start button for that motor, but the other motor had the 12v when pushed and it does work. I don’t really know where to look from the plug back to wherever it goes??

Are you getting the 4 beeps when putting the key on? or just two? If 4, start at the switch which can fail, and work back to the ECU to confirm circuit is closing.

There are four beeps and I switched the plugs around on the start buttons and they both started the driver motor, but neither worked on the passenger motor. I have taken it into a Seadoo shop now. So just waiting to hear back. I’ll post what I find out to help others possibly in the future.

thanks for the help
