I rebuilt the engine and supercharger, got it together today and it won’t turn over, sometimes clicks sometimes doesn’t. Fuel pump does run every time I hit it. Also disappointing is 4 out of the 6 injectors I have are swelled and cracked( I have a parts ski I intended on rebuilding this winter)
Every 15 or so seconds with the lanyard off, Fuel pump primes for like half a second, the pvc valve? (Idk what it’s called) pops and I think possibly the iacv makes a noise. Not at the same time but in rapid succession every 15 seconds or so
There are no codes aside from one for the mpem compass. Whatever that is
Any help would be awesome. Worked on many of the 2 strokes but my first 4tec
Update, replaced the starter solenoid and it turned over. Swapped the ecu out with my other ski and it stopped the pump from running without the lanyard on.
Still wouldn’t start so I pulled codes again and had crank position sensor code. Unplugged it to test the sensor. Tested good, plugged back in and it fired right up.
