Is this typical pricing for parts on these machines?

The solenoid is about $40 with tax here in Michigan.
An aftermarket starter for $560 seems quite high.
You would be better off to have your OEM starter rebuilt for about $50-$75.

With that said I have bought a starter for a Yamaha from DBElectric.com for $49 last year and it's still working just fine

I don't own one yet but may in the future. I was looking for a relay for my GTI when I ran across these and was kind of floored. I guess they think 4-tech means 4x prices.

Yeah, What gets me is that it says "Part brand" is Seadoo but yet it's an aftermarket brand. Should say it's a Caltric but fits Seadoo.
