Opinions on these skis

So I was originally looking for one ski but I knew it would be tough with 4 people potentially going out. I came across this ad. I dont need the supercharger because of added maintenance and the extra fuel usage (i know minimal but still). I figure it is more fun getting to 40 mph in 2.3 seconds with another ski by my side cruising then 1.9 if i was by myself or with another person. So I found clean GTIs, my needs are reverse (feel its a good idea), and reliability. And be able to tow on nice days. I think the gti fits the bill but might have problems towing through chop...

They look clean as anything. I went on NADA and i priced it out to $7660. One being a gti se and the other being a gti. I would love to get them for $8500 but i figure 9k will be fair? Give an offer of $7300.
So please give me some opinions!

Cash only, no other form of payment (including bank check) always flags me some, but if he has original paperwork/titles and his name is on the registrations it's probably cool. They look good and clean but as it was said to me, pictures can make even me look good. haha The hours are good on them. I would throw the number you suggested at him and see if he bites if you are sure those are the skis you want and the price you are willing to pay. This is just my opinion.
