Only one carb working

I have a 1994 xp that only one carb is working, pulled the carbs to access the internal filters and they looked pretty clean (cleaned them anyway). Did not pull them entirely off, but did pull bowls and sprayed carb cleaner. Gray lines have been replaced so don't think that's the problem, what does it sound like could be the culprit? No fuel at all in the one carb.

need to pull carbs off, break them down, and clean out the passages. Or, is your feed fuel line, on the correct fittin, possibly, you got it on the "return" fitting, which that one, is located on the back(pto) carb.
