Ok guys I need your advice!!

As some of you know I bought that project ski, turns out it was the second cleanest ski I have ever seen, first being the honda I bought brand new so I was pretty optimistic
About it.
The deal was a bit weird bit to sum it up English dude buys it from a neighbor he then takes it to a some guy who's some kind of mechanic and the guy tells him there's water in the motor. So I bring it home spray fogging on down the jugs and wait a day. I then return and think I'll do a compression check. Well I go to turn it over to get the fogging oil out and it's like old faithful spraying water out the top of all 3 cylinders. So I keep turning it over and it just keeps spraying this water it's out, where's this water coming from???? I've towed a ski improperly on the past and filled the jugs to the top and I don't think I got this much water out!!!
Anyway It got late and I had to come in so I fogged the cylinders again just want to hear from you guys and your thoughts!!

Keep at it,,,, It cranks so that is a bonus.
There are drains on the engine, open them and make sure they are clear. Is the oil tank full of oil and not water?

Once the water clears, compression test and spark test.

It cranks really well actually, oil tank looks like oil, I did have the compression gauge on it the first time I cranked it, went up to 215 right away do I stopped, I hope that didn't mess something up!! I have a soccer game so I'll get at it when I get back

Your wife posted it after she smacked you with a frying pan for ignorantly laughing at your phone during your kids championship soccer game when it was a tie score, 20 seconds left, and he had the ball and was about to score the winning goal and you missed it!

Whew, thank goodness my kids soccer game was cancelled. I didn't need a tongue lashing, LOL. Actually, I coach the team so I don't have time to look at my phone. I have my assistant coach keep track of the time for subs, I don't even have time for that. Trying to keep seven crazy 8,9, and 10 year olds playing their position and keeping them from being offsides is brutal enough. At least my goalie stays put.


Ok, back on track. Let's not derail another of David's threads, heh, heh, heh.....
 
Ok, I am the coach and our game was cancelled because of rain!!!!
Now back on track, I need you Guys here.
Been out in garage getting the water out but it keeps coming, not as much but still water!!! When it seemed like it was getting dryer I did a quick compression test on all 3 cylinders and it would jump to 125 super quick( only supposed to be 115) and there was water blowing out of the gauge when I released the pressure.
What should I do?
Should I try and start it?
Need your advice
I am spraying fogging oil in every 4 it 5 times

I don't know enough about the Yamaha to give specific ansers. But lets consider where water can come from. If it has a closed loop cooling system, an inter cooler, or if a hose is attached to it. Do any of these exist in your case?
 
I mean if it sank the electronics would be bad and at the least the starter would not work?!!
How about a bad head gasket? Maybe that's why I keep getting water? But out of all 3 cylinders? Seems unlikely
