Ok....2005 RXP. VTS quit working and now... The ECM is looking for an depth finder??

The back story on this is.... 2005 RXP runs great... I was getting her ready for another season of fishing. Went to take her out the other day and had a dead battery. I charged the battery and took my ski to the ramp. Right away I noticed that my display was saying "sensor" and it has never said that before and when I went though the modes "Ft" came up and that has never been there before???!!!! I also noticed my VTS was not displayed anymore and did not work. When I got home I remote tested the VTS and it worked fine???!!! WHAT GIVES??? Did something happen with the dead battery??

I would start with a re-program of the VTS. I swapped out batteries once and lost my VTS program and had the sensor code come up.
Im shooting from the hip, bu it worked on mine.

I went to the shop and 45.00 later they had re-programmed my ski. I still have an VTS problem as it says a fault in the system. I can find it.. Thanks guys
