Oil help

ok i prolly just messed up big time but what i did was drained the oil tank and i think it had xps mineral oil in it but i put xps synthetic in it already and bleed the lines but i did not suck out the old oil that was in any of the lines just took it out of the oil tank my Question is will i be ok to run it or did i mess up ?

You should be ok as it isn't much oil and isn't gonna separate much...you can go from mineral to synthetic, but not the other way round.

Just be sure there are no air bubbles trapped in any of the lines.

i will do my best but it is very hard to see though the lines cause the still have the blue tint to them they prolly need to be changed but have no clue where to get it at how long should it thake to bleed the lines i did open the oil pump all the way at idle was not sure about the bleeding screw if you just loosen it or take it all the way out i took it all the way out that may have been wrong

The screw on the injector pump will allow you to bleed the air from the filling lines to the pump. Chances are that the small lines from the pump to the carbs are ok...just go run it.

ok so did i do that right by taken the screw all the way out to bleed it or do you just loosen it off a lil ?

Either way, as long as it allows the oil to bleed out...
