I have a 96 Xp 800. I am in need of piston rings. I got the numbers off the engine (rotax 787, 82MM bore, 74MM stroke) I also noticed that on the tops of the piston there is the numbers 81, 89 stamped into them. does this mean anything? I am trying to find out if these are the standard size pistons or if they have been changed. I bought the xp from my my father in law who got it at the dealer used. however it looks like someone tried to port n polish the intake. everything else looks original / factory.

Where is a good place to order parts?

Thanks for any help.

those are seadoo oem pistons....81.89mm so, you need the oversize piston rings...oem

The number on top of the piston means the size of the piston is 81.89 mm.
This also means it is the original SeaDoo piston (never been bored).
