My Seadoo GTX SC 260 2014 sunk a few weeks back because the pump bearings blew out. I was told the carbon seal could've been the reason the water came in so we replaced the bearings. Since then we took it out for about 1/2 an hour and about an 1/8 of an inch of water was next to the water box. (We didnt replace the carbon seal) is it ok to drive or will it sink again?

CS are designed to leak, but it should drip, not have a stream. An 1/8 th of an inch is nothing to be concerned about. If you get inches, then be concerned.

Your pump bearings should not "blow out" after only a few years. If the bearings blow out then the carbon ring can naturally unseal with nothing being wrong with it. If it's still on warranty you need to have your dealer explain why your bearings failed, as that could be indicative of something else. Hopefully they checked your engine alignment, motor mounts, etc. So in other words, the bearings could be collateral damage of another problem. I'd go on short rides close to shore for the first couple of hours. Also, make sure you pull the pump at the end of every season to check for water under the impeller cover. Good luck.
