Hi guys,

Honestly, I have never owned a jetski before. I am planning to get one. I am very keen on getting a Seadoo RXT-X 255 maybe a 08' or a 09' model.

I have a few question before i proceed with the RXT-X.

Are all jetskis and Rotax engines run on caburetor?

What are the most common problem on a jetski or motor?

What kind of hours are consider reasonable for a 08' and a 09' model and how much are their average prices?

Most ski's these days are fuel injected. Most common probs with h/o skis are supercharger maintenance related.
You shouldn't have any problem finding a new '08-'09 rxtx w trailer for say...11K-12K
