New to Jet ski"s Have questions about storage

I have 03 GTX super charged . If I run antifreeze through the flush port in the rear will that protect it from freeze? On the gas line there is a shradder valve,is that for fogging? Any gas or air filters to change? I also have a 00 Gtx 2 stroke Orbital fuel injected. Same type of questions .I need to be steered in right direction > Ilive on long Island so temperature is a problem
