Hello everyone! I am new to boating and just bought this 2007 Utopia 205 SE a month ago and love it to death. Of course, my first time out on this crappy intracoastal water, I sucked up a random piece of wood and ruined my day. The boat would shake violently above 3500rpms. Luckily, I was able to drive it back at 7 mph and had service check it out. The only thing wrong was a small piece of wood stuck by the impeller, and both wear rings were worn badly. Cross fingers that it works again with no issues.

So other than that, I love the boat and can't wait to fully explore it on the water! I will be going to better waters next time around ;) btw, I live in Chesapeake, VA.

I love seeing those twin engines in there.

You will LOVE the 4-tec engines. They are very proven. And with the 155 version, you will not have any Super Charger rebuild requirements.

Even a weed stuck in the impeller area will SERIOUSLY affect the jet performance. A small twig will all but shut it down,,

Good looking boat,,,,

Man I feel the love in here...

Posting in the Meet and Greet area will often promote few if any replies. Reason is, most read it and simly take what you have to say and move to the next post.

If you have issues, post within the 4-tec boat section and you will get plenty of replies in most cases.

Thanks for the info! Yeah I was like...umm, hello? Lets hope I don't have any more issues with the boat.
