Sea-Doo Tech

Hello Everyone my name is Eric from cape coral fl. I am a certified Seadoo tech and run my own company called Adrenaline Power sports and operate Dock Side Service performing mobile repairs and inspections. I have the genuine BUDS system and travel the entire SWFL region. I am joining to assist fellow members and to ask for help if needed. If you need something just PM. Knowledge is power and the service manual should always be used.

Hi and welcome to the SeaDoo forum. Most of us, including myself are shade tree mechanics, so it's always good to have a professional join the ranks.

Yes I do go to Bradenton for work SeadooBuddy when I get a service call. I normally do a lot of barter work for other ski's and items of interest.
 
Loudoo I notice your from Lexington KY there's a really good seadoo tech at Lexington motorsports there of man o war. His name is Bryan I Learned a lot from him when I worked at LMS before deciding to move back to florida.

Thanks, that's good to know, I've owned SeaDoo's for a number of years, and (knock on wood), never had to take one to a dealer. Now I know if I ever need a good tech. or at least who to send a buddy to.

I've been hitting Charlotte Harbor ever weekend with the water levels so high the conditions have been perfect, Laishley park this sunday around 1pm, my brudder is taking out his new ski for a shake down cruise.
(screw football, but we generally get home in time for the 4pm kickoff lol)
 
Yes spim that is all correct. I actually just sold my personnel ski a few days ago and am now looking for another. I normally buy them fix them and flip them. I am saving to get a new 2013 se 130. The harbor has been so calm lately and laishley is a great place to put in and run up the river.

Being a first time boat owner and an owner of a 06 challenger 180, I have been going through the trials and tribulations of owning this boat, I've been looking for someone trust worthy to work on my boat and avoid the rediculous dealer costs. I may be contacting you soon! Also I work in Law Enforcement in Punta Gorda, if your ever in town for anything let me know! I'm down at Laishley quite a bit working!

Sunday was the first time I launched at Laishley, and i'll have to admit it was super nice, free, double ramp, plenty of parking, and probably about 8-10 minutes closer for me by car (I come down burnt store) so I will admit i'll likely launch there again, its a lot better than harbor heights, although it adds about 8-10 miles round trip to my river runs, but I can still make it to 760 and back w/o getting "too" low on fuel. If you ever want to cruise up the river with us.. shoot me a PM, I'm heading there pretty much every sunday until further notice lol. I will caution you that we find it very difficult to maintain the 25mph limit :) its really hard to cruise that slow.

I'll definitely let you know! I probably saw you at Laishley as I was on shift all this weekend, and don't worry about the speed. I've got connections with the marine patrol unit ;)

actually they are generally VERY cool out there, i've been stopped once with a friendly warning near the Nav, and since obviously we weren't zipping around the corner at 60 (more like 40) they just gave us a reminder that it was 25 in that area, no safety check, just sent us on our way. We've stopped and talked to them before, they've always been very nice. All they want is the usual.. don't get silly and respect other boaters. I'll send you a PM and keep you posted about rides.
