new key

Hi all
so it turns out i need to get a new key and have it programed.
"my paper work needs to be in order" what exactly does this mean as im yet to find a ski in the UK that has its registration documents all i have is an ebay receipt?
any help is much appreciated

Here in the Colonies (sorry couldn't resist) a current registration is required.

Are you required to have a registration number on your ski? You would need the paperwork showing you are the current owner. A lot of times it depends on the dealer.
