New IBR

Hello everyone.

I'm having trouble installing a new IBR on my machine. I've tried it on three different machines, with different IBR modules, and I'm still getting the same error.

Has anyone encountered this error? How did you fix it? I can't find a way, and I need a solution for a client. I don't know what's wrong.

We've already tried new IBRs, we've already tried them with a scanner from an authorized dealer, we've tried everything.

Many people are having this problem in my country.

Has anyone here programmed an IBR lately? We think this update is due to a BRP error, but we're not sure.

We recently had 2 that we did an ibr update on using buds 2 and it screwed it all up. Ibr didn’t work+more and we had to submit a case to brp. They gave us higher clearance and had us use buds 3 to wipe the computer and redownload the proper software. Fixed all the issues
