Has anyone purchased a new gtx 155 and if so what was the price. I just got a email today that says seadoo is having a extended warranty and rebate program for now thru July 31. I am in the market for one and just did not want to pay too much

Here in Muskoka, north of Toronto (which is cottage country) discounts are mdoest at best. The extended warranty is good.

Ok I bought the 2013 GTX 155 for a out the door price of $11,500. Rides great but I must say they have put too many choices of preferences / performance for this machine. You can select Eco , ski, sport , cruise , trim level and much more. I am afraid that operators that have less knowledge of it performance choices will not be able to figure this thing out.

Eco mode burns 4 gph max. It ramps the throttle slowly to 40 mph.
Ski mode allows you to set top speed and how fast you accelerate
Cruise mode is cruise mode, set a top speed and wide open is that speed, it also has slow mode which allows you to select a speed 1-6mph without touching the throttle
Sport mode is a 1:1 ratio of throttle lever to throttle body opening. Where you put the throttle is how wide the throttle body opens

This lets Seadoo sell one ski to several different kinds of buyers.

The options are all good options as long as you have a need for them.
