Looks great, i hope you dont mind if I make a suggestion. Cut the image of the water in half horizontally, set up the top piece of the water as layer 1, set the boat as layer 2, and the bottom portion of the water as layer 3. Line up layer 1 and 3 and set the animation at the same rate. This way it looks like the 'Doo is traveling through the water, not floating above it . Besides that, awesome job.
