New engine problem

I have one speedster 150 boat and I put a 4tec supercharger with the computer from jetsky wish is the same engine come with the boat but not star ,the scanner say have bad communication with the boat controller. What I should do ?

Always a good idea to put year/make/model of the vehicle and the replacement parts as there are many differences between years.

For most years of seadoos, the ECU has to be flashed for the correct year and model and then married to the cluster for it to run. Typically it will crank but not start so it sounds like you have a communication problem between your different modules.

If you describe all the details in complete and exact information, I can tell what you need to do to make it run.

The boat is seedoo speedster 150 from 2008 supercharger and the engine is rotax supercharger brp type 1503 from 2007 with the oem ecu and both come from jetsky

The security code for the cluster and the ECU have to match. Copy and paste the ECU security code into the cluster security code and then write it to the ECU.

Already program the cluster and the ecu but still no give me power in the solenoid for start

You have to flash the cluster for the correct year/model first and then you have to marry to the ECU next and then write. Have to use BUDS for flashing first.

i already doit but when i press the start button just start the fuel pump but not is having the exit negative signal for the solenoid in B32 pin . Its like still in some protection mode

It doesn't sound like it was done correctly. It will not run until you fix the communication problem. The cluster and ECU have to communicate which means they have to be married to each other along with the proper flash which requires BUDS. It will crank with this communication error, but it will never run.

Hi I found the problem, mi ecu is from 2003 and I think no is compatible with the new cluster, any solution for that ?

The 2003 requires a separate mpem to run but doesn't need to be married to the cluster but uses an older style cluster but it can be updated to a 2008 style cluster. Or, a better option is to get a 2008 ECU or have yours completely reflashed to 2008 program if that is what year your wiring/boat is.
