Got the Doos to the mountains to ride an area I have been wanting to for years.

Got one ride in and snapped my steering nozzle arm........

Someone down there sacrafice a spark plug to the water gods. Using what I have on hand to rig it back up for the weekend. Resources are not very abundent, nearest hardware store is 200 miles away......
Snow level is working it's way down. High of 49 yesterday. Below freezing last night.

Problem solved!

Big thanks to Stew's Electric. Billy has a cabin a couple miles away and had his tools and some 8/32s to work on his place. Cannibalized my depth finder mount and frankensteined it all together. Used parts are on the way (ebay).

Just ran it for 2 hours, no problems.

Got within 75' of a Bald Eagle sitting on the shore. Getting some good video for later.

Had a hacksaw blade, no handle, to do the cuts. Rusty and dull but it did the job.

Had a rock, not a hammer, a rock to do the custom bends on the trailer headache rack.

Did have a drill bit and battery drill.

The one weekend I didn't load up half my tools like I normally do.

Anyone need some custom work done? I'm taking orders..........

Mail it to Fielding lake AK, mile post 604 on the pipeline right of way, care of the one sober guy hearding the drunks who have to sleep in tents tonight while I'm toasty and watching a movie in my camper. Millenials..........

OK, what I want to know is how the frig' do you have a chevy bolt pattern on your utility/seadoo/deer/any other wildlife trailer? Everyone in the lower 48 runs a ford pattern, LOL. This weekend is a blast.

The DOOs have a layer of frost on them every morning.

Campfire circle every night.

Tons of good food, good music (halestorm, device, disturbed),

The water is (flipin) cold, sky's clear, fall colors everywhere, mountains and glaciers all around, termination dust working down the mountains.

Got lots of gopro and drone video. Video to come in a week or so.

Not sure of the bolt pattern. But the base trailer is a heavy duty 4×8 utility trailer with 12" sides. I built the deck that bolts on top with 4 - 3/8" bolts. Five minutes and I can pull the deck off. The deck has 4x4s with an angled edge with the bunks and deck carpeted so I can carry 2-DOOS. The bunks are 15.5 inches apart so I can pull the sleds up on, track between and skis stradeling the outside. I can also run two 4-wheelers on stradeling the bunks. So the deck accepts pwc's, snowmobiles and 4 wheelers without any reconfiguring. I have framing with nuts welded in for the sled tie down bars. I can pull the deck off, spin on the two inch rigid pipes to the bottom and put the deck in my truck bed to act as a sled deck/wheeler carrier. I built a headache rack on it last seadon to give me a spot to tie the DOOs in to. I chopped out the hitch and welded in a 4×4×1/2 inch steel tube to extended the tongue by 6 feet so I can use it with the cab over camper, plus I needed the extra tongue weight for when I have the two GTXs. When the deck is on I still have the 4'×8'×12" storage area under it for firewood, gear and whatever.

It's ugly but welded solid and covers a lot of bases for all my toys.

Plus, as you noticed, it has full size tires. I did not want crappy little tires on a trailer, I see those things blown spart on the roadside all over up here. Repair shops are over 150 miles away in most areas where we teavel up here so a blown tire can end a weekend.
