Hey guys, today while doing routine maintenance on my 96xp I noticed a little plastic grommet-like piece at the bottom of the hull. For the life of me I cannot figure out what it is. Can anyone help me out? Pics attached.

Unfortunately I don't think it's any of the above. It's a hard plastic piece, unlike the soft rubber drive shaft bumper. And it doesn't look like part of a motor mount either. Still stumped on this. LOL. Had her out yesterday and ran great, so I'm thinking this probably not an important piece. But I'd rather be sure.

Like,,, I don't really think it came from the ski as far as a critical part. It could be something like an airbox mounting item or some other plastic part where this would absorb vibration..

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. It almost looks like it didn't come from the ski, but I don't know how else it could have gotten there. I won't worry about it for now.

Anything is possible.. Could have been in there for years...
