So I finally had some time yesterday to take a buddy out on the boat. We had a blast. This thing is more fun than I ever anticipated. I am already planning to upgrade to a 20 ft speedster, maybe next year.
This boat is perfect for just a few people to go out. I was really surprised how easy it was to get in and out of the water using the back platform. The boat hauls very well. Kept up with many much larger boats on the lake. My buddy was one of the people telling me I was nuts for buying a jet boat. I let him take the wheel for a while and he grinned like a little girl the whole time..it was quite funny. At the end he said he was impressed.
