Not many people in the PWC business work on the old 2 strokes, but if you're ready to roll your sleeves up and do it yourself you've come to the right place. Plenty of knowledge and guidance on here, some with decades of experience to harness. All you need to do is turn the wrench, post pics, and ask questions.

What is wrong with them? The 585 engine is a great way to get started. I have the 95 GTS and that was want I learned on. I "graduated" to the DI engine... rebuilt one and love it. I have a second in the garage for a winter project.

Do a search for the manual and ask questions... it will help.

BTW, I am in Pittsburgh
