I need a reputable Sea-Doo mechanic somewhere in the greater Chicagoland area to help get my '98 XP 951 performing as it should. It has multiple upgrades including Novi carbs, Rossier pipe, R&D head, Mikuni fuel pump, but it has no bottom end power. Have checked the plugs and it appears to be running correctly (nice light brown) at WOT. I have a Impros impellar (with stock pump) that they supposedly cut specifically for my mods and is intended for out of the hole speed. Also has a aftermarket intake/ride plate, but I can't recall the make.
Not looking for anyone that is not familiar with these older "race" motors, i.e. your local Sea-Doo dealership guy unless he can truly help with this particular model. If necessary I will go to porting or other mods to get what I want out of this craft.
