I recently did a rebuild on my carbs for my 717. Did the pop off test and got both valves to go at 38 psi. put the rest of the Mag carb together to do the 10psi leak down test and the FP block that attaches to the carb body leaks like a banshee (checked it with dawn soap mix). Changed out both the rubber shaped o-ring as well as the thin diaphragm several times. seems like I'm missing something simple here. Didn't leak before the rebuild. Any help would be appreciated. Leaving on a two week ID trip in two days.
