Jet Ski Fishing

Looking for some helpful advise. I would like to turn my 02 GTI LE into a fishing ski for my local lakes and river when I'm not out on the lake with the family. Has anyone done this here? I'm looking for an inexpensive fish finder with a "Shoot thru" transducer. (I don't want to put any holes in the body.) I came across this little guy the Airmar P79 transducer http://airmartechnology.com/2009/products/marine-product.asp?prodid=52&manf=All

but not totally sure if it will work with one of these FF http://www.westmarine.com/dedicated-fishfinders/garmin

I'm just looking for something basic to get me around the lakes any advise would be greatly appreciated .

Lots of ppl use the Lowrance 3x sonar it's only 99 bucks I ordered one and should have it by the 12th I'll check back in after I install on one of my ski

Thank you Wing Luong for the response . Are you using the factory transducer or the Airmar P79 transducer ? As I stated before I don't want to put any holes thru the hull.

Imma going to try with factory and make a mount with suction plate to put on aide back or bottom.. I also don't wanna drill holes or anything into ski. I also want to be able to remove everything so it's a normal ski again so can jump waves and all

Be sure of the spot you mount is as well, avoid the double hull. I'm with you, I can't bring myself to drill holes so that system is total add-ons.
