Is there a place to find definitions of all the shortened terms :IBR, MEMP ect?

Kind of, but not a comprehensive list I would think. I'll start a list that we can add to. If it gets good enough, we will "sticky" it.

Brap – Brap
B.U.D.S – BRP Utility and Diagnostic Software.
CPS - Crankshaft Position Sensor
CS - Carbons seal
ECM – Electronic Control Module
IBR - Intelligent Brake and Reverse
IC - Intercooler
KS - Knock Sensor
MAPS - Manifold Air Pressure
MATS - Manifold Air Temperature Sensor
MPEM Multi-Purpose Electronics Module (Brain)
NOS - New Old Stock
OEM – Original Equipment Manufacture
OPAS - Off Power Assisted Steering.

yes its kinda sorta a 2 stroke thing, but technically if we're being accurate I guess it means hit the throttle or rev it up?


as in: brap it a couple of times to clear the waterbox?
