Is suspension vs. As suspension

I'll be 54 yrs old I want a comfortable ride for me and my wife, my 20 yr old son wants "you know the action", we are going to buy either the gtx Is 260 limited or the rxt-x As 260.....getting a little confused about the 2 suspension systems which is the better compromise, does the As soften up enough for me and the Is stiffen up enough on the limited for him.....Help

I just picked up the iS. I've had my share of problems with only 8 hours on the ski. Overall it's pretty comfortable with 2-3 foot waves. Very fast. I haven't really hit anything more than that to tell you how it would react. The aS Suspension is adjustable and has a few different features. I think you would be happy either choice.
