Is "cavitation" normal on drag from stop-to 15-20mph on an gtx supercharged 04?

You told I can use marine grease, can be the regular one (white)?

I removed the ring also, and I will install the new one once it arrives.

Typically, here in the states, inexpensive marine grade grease is dark green/blue. White lithium grease is usually much more expensive. It is water repellent...typically not used on bearings though....usually used on rubber gaskets to glass/metal contact.

Any problem if I use the white one (water repellent) on this case?
Or would be better find any synthetic grease?

I removed all the old grease from pump and cone, and I will reassemble it tomorrow night.

I do not know if the white grease you want to use is intended for use in/with bearings.

Basic marine grease is for use in bearings. It doesn't have to be synthetic.
