20% power intermittently.
Help please! I need advice. 2014 RXPX. About half the time I hit the throttle, it launches correctly. The other half of the time it feels like it's in some super eco mode. Hammer the throttle and almost nothing happens. The engine just doesn't rev like it should. No sputtering. No misfiring. Sometimes I can hit the throttle and let off a few times it will come out of it. Sometimes I have to put it in eco mode and then back in sport mode to get it to wake up. No engine light. No beeps. Just feels like a 50 hp machine until I dick with it enough it wakes up. This happens over and over at the lake.
100 hours. Supercharger was rebuilt around 90 hours. I tested the intercooler, which was dated 2022, and it is good. Hoses are appear good. Oil level is right in the middle of the range. I replaced the main relay with one that can actually carry current. Gas is fresh every time we go to the lake. 91 octane. Just replaced the plugs.
When it's not doing the limited power thing, it runs like a raped ape.
I believe these are drive by wire. If it was a car, I would assume the gas pedal position sensor was bad. I don't know how these work though.
