In search of micro touch for 717 with ecwi

Have an hx with a factory pipe, I recently closed the manifold water valve (originally solenoid controlled) and finally experienced the power this pipe can make. The downside is I have absolutely no midrange when I close it, I have been looking on eBay every day for a couple months and only find MT’s for 800’s with no ecwi. Anyone have an MT or msd with ecwi (electronically controlled water injection)?

Problem is these parts haven’t been made in almost 25 years and most guys that had them aren’t around. Becoming a needle in a haystack.

That after market mpem will not have anything but stock timing, with a pipe you will need a different curve for advance / retard
