impros.com ?????

Hi all, I shipped my impeller assembly to impros.com 3 weeks ago now and cannot get in touch with anybody over there. I was told to look for a week turnaround, so I said not too bad but hey nearly 3 weeks now....thing is I have tried to call numerous times, left messages and even emailed them and no response...Im getting worried are they even in business?
Anybody here have similar experience w/ them? Im getting worried I might have to get my own impeller now....not too happy to say the least, and riding season is almost over....thx all.....

I don't really know what to tell you. My only suggestion would be to contact the Redlands, CA Chamber of Commerce, they may have some information?

I'm having a similar situation with a part for my boat, I know it's pretty frustrating.

Did you have a tracking number?

At least you'd know if they have it.
