Alright seadoo pros, lets see what you got guys!! Im new to the seadoo world. I pulled my jet pump off and instead of the smelly oil draining out, it was mostly blackish water. With the jet pump off the impeller is very hard to spin, it does have a little play up and down, barely any side to side though. So im thinking the bearings are ruined. Where do i go from here? and What special tools do i need to replace the bearings? Thanks!

You don't need any special tools, if you are careful. But I recommended using a press to make sure the beings go in straight.

Pull the tail cone, remove the impeller, push the shaft out, and press out the bearings.

Then... clean everything, and install new parts.

You will want to get the manual, as the are a few things to watch for, and the bearings need pressed into a measured depth, and not just the entire way into the housing.

I would check that the impeller is first not jammed against the wear ring, you should pick up a impeller removal tool to ease removal of the impeller.
