Identify seadoo tool?

I have something I have never seen before, it is shaped like an old key it is stamped seadoo on each side and seems like it would be a key to something, it is metal with like a key rig hole on one side of it and in the base is inset triangle like it is used for turning something in a triangle shape but I know of nothing it would be for?

I have no idea what it is. Never seen anything like it, and cannot for the life of me figure out what you would use it on...

its a key to lock the front storage comartment on a 99 gtx rfi.
