Do you have any info on why soo many of these are failing after so few hours of operation this machine has less than 20 hrs on it

No clue, I have an 09 and I know the 09/10 was prone to fail so they changed the way it's built from 11 up.. Mine needs attention on a regular basis but hasn't just quit yet..
