I am looking to buy a new double jet ski trailer and would like some opinions

You're doing salt most likely, so I'd definitely go galvanized! Some folks like aluminum, I guess those are pretty good too. I've gotten so I won't buy a mild steel trailer anymore, b/c I tend to keep my boats for such a long time.

Mild steel in salt will melt away, quickly. I'd look for a trailer with axle hubs that can run or are already equipped with Bearing Buddies.
 
Aluminum is great. Light weight so it does not add to the towing. No corrosion. Make sure the axle is the heavy duty 3,500 lbs capacity or more.
 
If you're looking at trailer brands, IMO Shorelandr is the best, the best bang for the buck is Karavan.
