Can squirt some premix down cylinders? ...trying to get this bit#* to crank

Yes you can put premix down it. Then you have to pump it out, but at least it will dilute it with something volatile and oily. As a note, if you have a bunch in the mag side, you may want to pull the vacuum line off the carb and crank it. You may fine water puking out that line as well. I had a ton of oil in there and it actually pushed it up into the fuel pump diaphragm. So if you fuel pump stops working, look there.

Well I got mag side cylinder pretty much dry (no.more milky white on plug) but pto side cylinder is still blowing water

You did tilt it up on the right side , right? Make your spark plugs face straight up in the air. It will start if the battery is not too tired.

Tilted...still no crank yet...battery. is strong
It sounds good just can't get her to crank

With these things if the battery drops below 11v ish while under cranking load, it will not spark. The motor will turn over fine, but there is not enough juice to let it spark. You can test it with a meter or hook it up to your car or something, as long as what ever you hook it up to is NOT running.

You have to be getting close by now...............it will fire:thumbsup:

Well you need fuel in there then. Pour a little pre-mix in a small clean cup. I like the little cap off a spray paint can or similar(only pour the bottom full). Then put a bit in each plug hole, install plugs and wires and crank. If it bumps a few times and quits then do it again.

I know right but using a napa agm battery. ..actually 2...rotating. As one gets weak...it.goes on charger and switch

Still oily water? Put plugs in and try pourin fuel down the carb throats instead of dumping in the cylinders, maybe a little slower intro of fuel may be the trick

Still a little milky in pto side cylinder. ...could she be flooded from all the cranking

Well she is now blowing clear liquid maybe the wd-40...but not milky

Sounds like it's time to give it another shot... And your sure ur gettin spark still? Should be close to firing with you pouring gas down the carbs

Strange.... Just keep goin, this thing is really a pain.... U can twist up a paper towel and shove it into the spark plugs holes to help catch the last bit of water... Don't put it in deep, just enough to cover the hole... Hold ur hand over so the compression doesn't blow them out... Then try fresh plugs and just a little gas down the carbs.... It's gotta fire if your getting spark

Run to the gas station and grab a can of starting fluid, give it a little squirt. I admire your persistence but your into day 2, its gotta fire up.
That poor starter just aged 10 yrs.

If I'm getting smoke.from rear exhaust I should be getting some . combustion. ..right?

Two words---- Starting Fluid. If you have pre-mix in there, and the ski is running a oil pump, the oil is in there. A good huff into the carbs and let'r rip. Let's look at it this way, water will kill the engine, or starting fluid will kill the engine?? Pick your poison, I'm a betting man that the starting fluid does less damage than water will in the long run. You gotta stop pussy footing around. Most Walmarts are open 24/7, I know where you should be driving. :willy_nilly::rant:
