hull insert help

hello all, need help removing and installing inner and outer hull insert on 2010 gtx 155 part #293450308 & 293450309. not sure how to remove as it looks very glued in. Any removal and install tips would be helpful. Not sure if glued in what glue to use

You know I sucked up a rope a few years back I had a 2008 Rxtx that part was wasted because of it . To be honest with you I didn't even mess with it and I had a fiberglass guy take out old one and install new one . That part has to be spot on .

When I hired the fiberglass guy I had checked with 2 seadoo dealers to find one that did pwc hulls . I know you have to cut that insert out .

Also seadoo would not sell me that part on my 2008 they wanted to sell me a hull
